The Mounties Knock on Effect NSW Cup was the final game of a home triple header on Sunday and also featured the return of Lachlan Lewis to Mounties. Mounties displayed a dominant and classy performance against the fourth-placed Parramatta Eels team to secure a 34-26 victory at Aubrey Keech Reserve. Josh Daley was recognised as the player of the match.

The win moves Mounties in to equal fourth spot with the Eels and Raiders on eight points.

The Ron Massey Cup Mounties team took on Western Suburb Magpies and came out on top with a 26-22 victory. This takes them into round 9 of the 2021 season. Harrison Leonard was recognised as the player of the match.

The opening game of the day at Aubrey Keech Reserve was the Harvey Norman Women's Premiership. Mounties were up against the Wests Tigers who were coming off a big win over Wentworthville which gave them a lot of confidence. But the Mounties Harvey Norman Team stomped their authority in the competition with a 54-0 victory over a strong Wests Tigers Team. Matilda Power was recognised as the player of the match.
