Fowler MP Chris Hayes is recovering in hospital after collapsing in parliament while delivering a speech today.
Mr Hayes clutched at his chest while speaking in Parliament's Federation Chamber about child sex abuse.
Federal Labor Leader Anthony Albanese told question time Mr Hayes was in "good spirits". He will remain in hospital overnight for tests.
In 2017, Mr Hayes had a motorcycle accident on his way to a meeting in Parliament House where he suffered several broken ribs, a broken arm and internal injuries.
