Mounties this week launched their new restaurant and bar, The Oven.
Chief Executive Officer of Mounties Group chief executive Dale Hunt said they engaged Bentons Hospitality Group - led by renowned restaurateurs Vivian Buck and Costa Bakoulis - to lead the changes to the new restaurant which replaces Casa Bistro.
"It's not just your standard food offering though, the range is extensive, and we invest in hiring knowledgeable and innovative chefs who work hard to maintain the high standard of the meals we serve to our diners," Mr Hunt said.
"Vivian Buck is the former master chef at London's Dorchester Hotel and together with Costa brings over 25 years of hospitality and consulting experience to this new restaurant.
"We have been working closely with the operators to ensure that cleanliness and safety measures are prioritised to give members confidence to dine out and enjoy this new restaurant here at Mounties."
The Oven provides a contemporary club dining experience with a variety of meal options including traditional club favourites such as schnitzel, burgers, steaks and pizzas. They will also offer a range of of weekly $12 specials.
