On Monday, August 12, the girl, 15, reported several inappropriate incidents she alleges occurred while she was working at the Wetherill Park business.
It's alleged that on the previous Monday, August 5, while working with her manager, a man, 54, he sexually touched her.
Two days later, on the Wednesday, it's alleged the man simulated a sexual act and suggested the girl accompany him to a hotel room.
It's alleged he tried to show the girl pornography on his phone that day.
The girl reported the allegations to staff at her school who notified Fairfield police.
About 11.15am yesterday, Wednesday, August 14, Fairfield detectives went to the Wetherill Park doughnut shop and arrested the man.
They took him back to Fairfield police station and charged him with sexually touching a child and procuring or grooming a child for unlawful sexual activity.
He was refused bail to be in Fairfield court today, Thursday.
