Altitude Gymnastics athlete Alex Ibrahim has been selected in the Australian National Squad following his twin wins in the junior international division at the recent Australian Gymnastics Championships.

Alex took home gold medals in the trampoline and double mini trampoline events to finish with two national titles.

It was part of 10 medals won by the Moorebank-based club with 13 athletes selected for NSW ranging in ages from 10 to 21.

The other medalists were: Lucas Dawes (gold and bronze), Blake Pardey (silver) and Brighty Stokes, Isaac Barton, Carla Tremolada, Hayden Brown and Adrian Gaunt (all bronze).

The athletes train under Altitude Gymnastics owner and national judging coordinator Michelle Mason.

"All of our athletes did an exceptional job with their training just to be named in the NSW team. Whilst we are exceptionally happy with our results, we are most proud of how the athletes work together as a team to support and look after each other," she said.
