A young man has claimed responsibility for a string of fake orders to Burnie pizza shops on Saturday night and taken steps to redeem himself.
WiseGuise Pizza owner Alex Jones said a man named Tyler contacted him on Sunday night and was "very keen to make amends".
"He came with his tail between his legs and realised how stupid his actions were," Mr Jones said.
"He blamed it on a bit of a shindig with his mates and probably woke up worse for wear."

Mr Jones said Tyler had agreed to do maintenance work at WiseGuise for a couple of weeks to repay the more than $450 worth of fake orders.
He said there could be a job for him at WiseGuise afterwards if all goes well.
"It's all about social responsibility," Mr Jones said.
"You can press charges and all the rest of that but that's only going to create maybe a downward spiral."
Mamma Rosa's Pizza, which received a fake order worth around $100, has also been contacted by Tyler.
Owner Sandra Blacklow said she was "a bit of a softie" and would forgive the man.
"I said if he comes and apologises personally, I would let him pay $50 and call it quits," she said.
"We told him what time we are open and hopefully he comes and apologises."
Mr Jones was happy there was "such a good ending" to what was a frustrating situation.
"We hear a lot about that generation not viewing the consequences of their actions in the short or long term," he said.
"So it was actually quite awesome to see that he wanted to make amends and rectify the issue."
