I hope everyone had a fantastic start to the new year as 2019 looks set to be a good one for the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce.

There are many amazing events scheduled this year and some of them are going be a first for Liverpool.

On February 21 at 5.30pm the chamber will host its first Business After 5 event. Feel free to come along and meet the board, as well as the members, and see what the chamber is all about.

As a special promotion for the month of March and April you can join the chamber for only $100.

If you’re interested in becoming a member and supporting your local business community check out the website or send an email to secretary@liverpoolchamber.org.au.

On March 29 at 6pm the chamber will be hosting David Gallop, chief executive officer of Football Federation Australia, and Mark Bosnich, who is one of our most famous football exports and an expert on all things football.

The chamber will be hosting David Gallop, chief executive officer of Football Federation Australia, and Mark Bosnich, who is one of our most famous football exports.

It will be a night of questions and answers as well as a brief discussion of the new soccer team we have coming to Western Sydney.

If you’re a business owner and want to get involved with this event contact the chamber either via email or by calling 1300 464 547.

On a sombre note the chamber would like to extend its sincerest condolences to Liverpool Police Area Command who unfortunately lost Probationary Constable Timothy Proctor in a motor vehicle accident. We send our deepest sympathy to his family, friends and work colleagues.

Constable Timothy Proctor, we salute you and thank you for your dedication and service.

LISA AIFANTIS, Secretary

Liverpool Chamber of Commerce
