Another man and a teenager have now been charged over the stabbing murder at the BossleyPark hair salon last week.
About 12.30pm last, Friday, January 11, emergency services were called to the hair salon on Mimosa Road where they found a man, 20, with a stab wound to his upper body.
He was taken to Liverpool hospital, where he later died.
Following inquiries, a man, 18, was arrested shortly afterwards and charged with murder. He remains before the courts.
Strike Force Etival was established by Fairfield police – with help from the State Crime Command’s homicide squad – to investigate the killing.
Following further inquiries, detectives arrested a man, 22, and a youth, 17, at a Bossley Park home yesterday.
They were taken to Fairfield police station and charged with being accessories after the fact to murder.
The man was refused bail to be in Fairfield court later today.
The teenager was refused bail to be in children’s court later today.
