A physiotherapist was due in Fairfield court on Monday, charged after allegedly filming patients at a West Sydney clinic.
Fairfield police were called to the clinic on Monday, November 12, after a hidden camera was found in a changeroom.
Police allege it was hidden in a clothes hook on the wall and filmed patients changing. Police seized the device and began inquiries.
About 1pm next day, a man, 52, went to Cabramatta police station. He was arrested and taken to Fairfield police station. His home was searched and police seized several items.
He was charged with filming a person's private parts without consent ( x 2) and installing a device to observe or film them.
He was granted conditional bail to be in Fairfield court that day.

Man attacked on Elizabeth Drive
Liverpool police are seeking the public’s help in their investigation of a robbery. About 11.30pm on November 27, a man, 47, was walking along Elizabeth Drive at Liverpool over Cabramatta creek bridge.
A man, described as Caucasian in appearance, 180 centimetres tall, short, with balding hair and wearing a blue jumper and blue pants approached him from behind and tried to grab his phone. The phone dropped to the ground. As the victim tried to pick it up the man punched his left arm.
The victim reported the man was wearing knuckle-dusters. The victim got two puncture wounds in his arm.
The man grabbed the victim's backpack which had a small amount of money, a speaker box and personal information and ran towards Flowerdale Road. The victim tried to chase the man who was last seen running along Flowerdale Road.

18 weeks’ jail for a slingshot
About 11am on November 28, BassHill enforcement-squad police and Liverpool detectives searched for firearms and weapons at a home on Hillview Parade at Lurnea and found a slingshot.
The occupant, a man, 28, who’s known to police, was arrested and taken to Liverpool police station. He was charged with having a prohibited weapon without a permit and bail was refused. He was in Liverpool court the next day where he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 18 weeks’ jail.
Phones seized, three charged
On November 28, Liverpool detectives searched a unit on Copeland Street at Liverpool and arrested a man, 27. During the search, police seized phones and electronic equipment. He was taken to Liverpool police station and charged with using a carriage service for child pornography (x 3). Investigations revealed two more male offenders allegedly involved. Two days later, police tried to contact the two other alleged offenders who went to Liverpool police station that day. Both were arrested and spoken to.
Each was charged with having material Intended to breach the Commonwealth crime code. Each was refused bail to be in Liverpool court that day. Both were granted conditional bail with strict conditions and are due back in court on February 4.
Drugs and weapon found
At 2.30am on November 27, police stopped a car on Avenel Street at Canley Vale. During a search of the front passenger, police found a knuckle-duster which opened into a knife and resealable bags with ice and a Xanax tablet. The Fairfield Heights man, 25, was charged with having a banned weapon, a banned drug and a prescribed restricted substance. He’s due in Fairfield court on January 21.
Disqualified until 2021
At 7.10pm on November 27, police stopped a driver on Cathcart Street at Canley Vale. The Fairfield man, 25, had been disqualified to October 2021. He was charged with disqualified driving and is due in Fairfield court on January 14.
At 3pm on November 27, there was a robbery on a footpath next to Orphan School Creek at Canley Vale where a boy, 16, was assaulted and a some money taken. The next day, a Cabramatta boy, 16, was arrested and charged with robbery in company. Bail was refused. He’s due in Parramatta children’s court on January 14. Enquiries continue.
Knife and drugs found
At 10pm on November 30, Fairfield police stopped a car on Polding Street at Fairfield. A search of the front passenger found cannabis and a folding knife. The Guildford man, 19, was charged with having a knife and a prohibited drug. He’s due in Fairfield court on January 11.
