New Era Property Investments is developing an industrial estate of 19 units in Ingleburn’s industrial precinct.
Lancaster Business Park will be built on the western side of Lancaster Street and will be available for occupation as soon as completed – expected to be by late May next year, said Mick Ferreri, director of industrial and business services for Savills Australia, which is marketing the development.
Ingleburn is 40 kms south-west of the Sydney CBD, in the City of Campbelltown. It’s part of the Macarthur region and is about halfway between Liverpool and Campbelltown.
The key features:
- warehouse with three-phase power;
- first-floor office with carpet and airconditioning;
- ground-floor foyer and amenities; and
- close to Hume Highway and M5 and M7.
Mr Ferreri said one of the main attributes of the development was the excellent location – being close to Ingleburn railway station and the M5 Motorway.
He said this will somewhat redress the current lack of factory units available at Ingleburn and that it’s suitable for both owner-occupiers and investors.
“The surrounding locality comprises a combination of older-style and modern, medium to large free-standing factory warehouse facilities,” he said.
“The property has access to major arterial routes to the south, including Campbelltown Road and the Hume Highway/M5 which links to the M7.”
“This together with several smaller industrial strata-unit developments throughout.
“The property is well positioned with access to major arterial routes to the south, including Campbelltown Road [4 kilometres] and the Hume Highway/M5 Motorway [1.8 kilometres] which links to the M7 Motorway.
“The M7 enhances north-west access by linking the M5 at Prestons to the M2 at Seven Hills. And it’s also just 1.2 kilometres from the station.”
