Meet Boo, a juvenile female domestic short-haired cat who’s tabby and white. She’s a cuddly cat and really ready to meet her new family.
When she came to the shelter she was pregnant and she gave birth to a litter of five kittens. Boo has been a great mother, but now the little ones are on their way to forever homes and she needs a new home, too.
As Pet of the Week, Boo’s adoption fee is only $100, which includes microchipping, desexing, vaccination, flea and worm treatments and lifetime registration in NSW.
Welcoming a companion animal into your family is an important decision that lasts a lifetime.
There are many factors to take into consideration when deciding which pet is right for you, including, but not limited to:
Can I handle a kitten or would a more mature cat be better? What size is best?
Should the cat have endless energy or be a couch potato to watch TV with? Is my home noisy or quiet? What breeds and behaviours am I equipped for? How secure is my yard?
Also consider the life stage of everyone in the family. Some animals suit older youngsters, some can be a little too energetic for seniors.
