DA approved Edmondson Park residential development is on the market

A new DA-approved Edmondson Park residential development has just gone on the market.

Expressions of Interest for the almost 8,000 square metre site at 245 Croatia Avenue, Edmondson Park, is being marketed byScott Timbrell and Nic George of Ray White Commercial NSW.

Mr Timbrell said the site was located about 650 metre from Edmondson Park railway station and had been approved by council to have 105, mostly two-bedroom, units.

“Edmondson Park is a major land release area in the south west growth region of Sydney,” Mr Timbrell said.

“UrbanGrowth NSW has developed a master-plan for the area which includes a new town centre, new residential areas, schools, community facilities, recreation areas and a regional park.”

Mr George said the site was also close to the M7 and M5 motorways and is close to the Casula Shopping Village, schools and amenities.

Expressions of Interest close at 3pm on Monday, April 10.
