Man stabbed in Miller

Police are appealing for public help after a man was stabbed in Miller on Saturday night.

About 9.45pm, a 33-year-old man left his unit on Cabramatta Avenue and returned a short time later with stab wounds to his arms and left leg.

Seeking assistance, he ran to a service station on Cartwright Avenue, where he was treated by Ambulance Paramedics upon their arrival.

The man was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition for treatment to his wounds.

Police from Green Valley Local Area Command were called to the man’s home, where they established a crime scene.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are currently unclear and detectives are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
