AFTER eight rounds of the NRL the Parramatta Eels have four wins and four losses — a pass mark for most teams.
For the blue-and-gold it's definitely a great start to the year despite back-to-back losses against the Wests Tigers and the North Queensland Cowboys.
Their good form has been rewarded with six players selected for representative duties at the weekend.
Will Hopoate (City), Semi Radradra (Fiji), Joseph Paulo (Samoa), Pauli Pauli (NSW under-20s), Kaysa Pritchard (NSW under-20s) and John Folau (Queensland under-20s) will all be in action across the weekend.
Jarryd Hayne and Nathan Peats were almost certain starters before injuries ruled them out.
The Eels' next game is against the Cronulla Sharks on Monday, May 12.
