Your new role
As the Validation Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading extensive validation processes with the goal of minimising field warranty and customer complaints. Key aspects of your role include:

• Design and product validation, experimental and routine testing
• Develop and adhere to project schedules and budgets
• Conducting extensive testing across electrical, mechanical, environmental, compliance, durability and system functional testing
• Create and execute DVP&R test plans
• Review customer performance and test specifications

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Strong familiarity with electronics validation within an industry context
• Understanding of 5S principles
• An extensive array of testing experience across a number of different aspects including electrical and mechanical
• Previous exposure to ISO/TS16949 and/or IATF16949 standards
• FMEA analysis
