Your new role
Working with high quality systems and back office support, the role will see the successful candidate manage 6-8 jobs simultaneously varying in different levels of complexity and challenges that present in extension space. With strong support your role will be to manage timelines, coordinate and drive trades to ensure quality levels are met and be the face of the company for the client during this exciting project.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed it is envisaged you have a carpentry background with strong experience in the residential space - extension background an advantage. An ability to problem solve and be flexible in your approach is essential to deal with issues as they present and a strong communication style which can cater for all stakeholders is a must.
