We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our business to lead and support a team of Mobility Removal Coordinators. If you are interested in working in a dynamic environment with exposure to companies and organisations from around Australia, then Grace has the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be working with some great people and will be supported by a corporate management team that has extensive industry experience. Annual salary reviews, industry and sales training will be provided along with a competitive remuneration package. This is a challenging opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing team focused on outstanding service for our clients and their relocating employees.

The Service Delivery Manager is a part of a team that delivers outstanding customer service to Grace’s corporate clients. Reporting on a day to day basis to the Branch Manager, and on policy and program to the National Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Removal Coordinators who handle domestic and international relocations that include a variety of services, providing support to the team in sales, client relationships and service delivery. In addition to the team leadership responsibility you will also directly manage some client files while providing leave cover for your team members.

Great customer service and effective service delivery management are central to the role and successful candidates will have strong communication skills and experience resolving issues.

 

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • Removal experience and or related mobility experience preferred
  • Proven sales management experience
  • Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in a team environment
  • A commitment and passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • A proven ability to create, maintain and develop client relationships
  • Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a face paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A track record managing multiple deadlines, responding promptly and accurately to customer emails and phone enquiries
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel
