Project Architect - All Rounder

Your new company
This practice has a focus on contemporary design within the residential and commercial sector. They have completed work ranging from high end single occupancy houses through to townhouse developments; they have just been commissioned for their largest project so far, which is a $5m multi unit residential project and as such now need to grow.

Your new role
You will be an experienced Graduate Architect or Project Architect that is able to confidently add value to the DD and CD stages. The ideal candidate will be one that can work efficiently in ArchiCAD and is able to work in a close knit team. Strong construction knowledge and a firm understanding of rescode are also important.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3.5 to 6 years post-graduate experience
• Understanding of ResCode, NCC, VIC planning process are essential
• Proven experience at all project stages
• Proficiency in contemporary and interpretive design and detail resolution
• Project Management skills with the ability to work on numerous diverse projects simultaneously
• Ability to influence and manage client and staff expectations
• Strong technical expertise related to Design and Construct
• Mix of 2D documentation and 3D modelling experience
• Experience in construction detailing
• Experience working in high-end Residential projects
