About Our Client

Our client is a highly reputable residential builder with a strong presence in the SEQ market. Their senior management are highly experienced and as such their projects are well planned and the sub-contractors delivering the work are generally based on long term relationships. Their key market sectors are high end residential, the investment market and multi-storey apartments.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

· Creating estimates from plans and specifications

· Measurement of materials and labour from contract documents

· Creation of orders and site files

· Negotiating with suppliers on pricing and supply

· Work with the supervisors and administration team

The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria:

· Proven track record in a similar position

· Proficient with Databuild or other major construction software

· Tertiary Qualifications within construction or a trade background

· Great interpersonal skills
