Process Workers – Fairfield

Labourpower is currently seeking experienced process workers to work across a wide range of clients distributed through Western Sydney. These roles will mainly be focused around plastic manufacturing and the filling of domestic products or food manufacturing. These roles will be ongoing and will be starting immediately. You must be able to be on call for any role offered.

To be successful for this role you will need;

• Must be able to work on call

• Experience as a packer or experience working in a fast paced physical environment

• High level accuracy and attention to detail

• Teamwork skills as well as ability to work autonomously

• Reliability and punctuality

• Good communication skills

• Be available to start immediately

Your duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Filling and sealing finished products

• Packing finished products accurately into boxes

• Be able to perform general production paper work and quality checks

• Be responsible for quality

• General housekeeping duties

• Monitoring manufacturing machines to ensure they are running smoothly and reporting any faults
