Your new role
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is.
- Proactive diary management for 2 x EMs in the business including scheduling and preparing materials on a daily basis
- Handle direct communication including telephone calls and greeting visitors face to face where appropriate
- Managing travel arrangements
- Assisting running daily reports, documents and presentations
- Distributing material when directed and planning meetings and events
- Assisting in compliance processes, invoicing and expenses within company guidelines

- Organised and professional
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Excellent time management skills
