Motor Claims Consultant

Join one of Australia’s largest insurance companies dedicated to providing a first-class experience for all customers. The team are looking for Motor Claims Consultants to join them in assisting customers with their claims in this supportive and collaborative team – based in Parramatta.

Your new role
Starting on the 27th May, you will be responsible taking inbound calls for the lodgement and assessment of complex motor claims. In this role you will be liaising with customers, speaking to internal and external parties, and ensuring all records are up to date. This position will require you to utilise your excellent communication skills and ensure all claims are resolved.

What you'll need to succeed

• Flexible on experience as long as you are willing to learn
• Strong IT skills, you will be working from home and using multiple systems at once
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Background in customer service call centres, retail or hospitality is beneficial
• Highly motivated, reliable and demonstrated decision-making skills

All successful applicants will be required to undergo a background check.
