Line Maintenance Manager

Your new role
You will be directly responsible for the management, compliance and control of the Adelaide and East Coast Line Maintenance. You will be required to be a Responsible Manager under CASR Part 145.

On a day to day basis you will be:
- Managing the delivery of the Line Maintenance aircraft maintenance plan
- Managing the oversight of the personnel in the designated Bases
- Controlling and delivering of the budget
- Providing on-site management of; Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Coolangatta and Brisbane Bases

What you'll need to succeed
You will have had a similar position under the previous Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 or CASR 1998 with considerable experience as a licenced aircraft maintenance engineer. You will have had demonstrable experience in aviation management in a CASR Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation. You will be a people management who leads by example and has a continuous improvement focus. You will be an inspiring communicator with the ability to communicate to all levels within a multidisciplinary environment. You will be flexible and agile, and have an understanding of project management structure as well as aircraft maintenance planning.
