Job Description

The project is to provide the agile delivery of changes to existing and new web-based applications and services, rebuilding the global claims system, designing and establishing different service levels while strengthening security and reliability.Your key responsibilities will be:

• Automating and scripting using DevOps and Infrastructure as code.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new digital systems, assisting with migrations and development of new applications.
• Work closely with Application Development Teams to optimize delivery cycles while managing risk.
• Key stakeholder engagement and maintaining strong communication across the business.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years proven commercial experience in cloud infrastructure design and implementation.

Knowledge and skills in infrastructure automation and deploying infrastructure as code.

Hands on system administration, maintenance, problem solving, design and implementation skills and knowledge across the following areas:

• AWS certifications viewed favourably
• automation and scripting
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Microservices Architectures and Containerisation and Orchestration
