Your new role

This is a customer-focused role and is part of the customer service team helping your company provide support and services to their customers. The position involves gaining product knowledge to be able to help customers with their questions, problems and professionally deal with any complaints. The communication is generally by telephone and email.
You be will require too:

  • Provide friendly, helpful and professional support to the customers
  • Positively assist the other teams
  • Support customers working with various Retail Portals and encourage customers in their use.
  • Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Contact Centre experience
  • Ideally Luxury retail brand experience
  • You are people-orientated and adaptable, with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for writing emails
  • Confidence and a pleasant matter on the telephone
