This client is seeking a Client Services Representative to work within their high-volume fast paced contact centre. You will have strong administration skills and experience in the financial services is an advantage.
This role will require you to be a self-managing multi tasker with experience in a high volume role.
If you have been working in superannuation, financial services or investments then this is highly advantageous.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to join as a client services representative in their wealth team. You will be working at their head office located in Melbourne CBD
This is a full time permanent role, Monday to Friday with normal business hours. There will be a hybrid/ WFH/Office flex. You will be reporting to the contact centre team leader and instantly become a part of the team. You will take inbound calls and some outbound calls where required, daily administration and operational tasks and be proactive in managing customer registration and turnaround times. You will work with this close-knit high performing team to achieve outstanding results.
