The Company

National brand name market leading organisation based within South west Sydney is seeking an experienced, self-motivated affice administration support to assist this busy team.

The Position

This position will be responsible for supporting the Revesby team, you will be reporting the site manager and your day to day responsibilities are:

  • Spare parts - provide quotes to customers, input orders, and arrange payment from customers. Arrange dispatch in a timely manner and to satisfy customer's expectations.
  • Preparation of Customer / Contractors letters, issuing warranty parts and closing warranty returns, warranty reports. Closing warranty invoices within the service module.
  • Preparation of contractor's invoices. Once approved by technical support officer code and submit to accounts payable at head office.
  • General office administration including:
    • Act as a backup for purchasing,
    • completing staff expenses for Operations Manager and factory staff
    • General Filing
    • Order and manage stationary
    • Organising incoming mail and arrange outgoing mail for contractor's to collect.
    • Assist fellow employees when required, so that we can carry out our daily business to the satisfaction of our customers
  • Data entry into computer - Serial Numbers, and other requirements that are requested by your manager. Daily cut off time 4pm
  • Provide support on administration for the sales team. Enter Finished Goods orders into SAP and arrange deliveries in a timely manner and to satisfy customer's expectations.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate;
