About Our Client

Our client is a global beauty and cosmetics company selling products in 150 countries. Their brand portfolio is divided in 3 categories. Beauty and Fashion with premium brands including lifestyle fragrances, luxury make-up brand.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Brand Manager is responsible for driving the brand image of his/her portfolio of brands. The Brand Manager will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the Brand strategy in line with the company's initiatives. The Brand Manager will lead and influence key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of agreed plans and initiatives.
The Brand Manager will also develop and deliver strategy presentations to key accounts.

Job Description

  • Developing and executing of the overall marketing program for the organisation's portfolio of brands.
  • Build budget for brand portfolio to ensure strong execution of Brand plans in line with Business KPIs
  • Support annual forecasting in collaboration with the Commercial and Operation teams
  • Lead media planning, adapting to the company's global media strategies.
  • Track and manage media invoices
  • Work closely with the PR agency to help implement different activations
  • Support pricing through pricing analysis and recommendation for assigned brands.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following;

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Brand Manager or similar level marketing role.
  • Luxury/FMCG background will be a distinct advantage
  • Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
