A man has been charged, and another man is in hospital, after an assault in south-west Sydney occurred on Wednesday, about 5pm.
It was reported to police – two men have had an altercation outside a licensed premise on Woodward Street, Miller.
One of men was pushed and fell onto the concrete which resulted in a head injury.
NSW Ambulance paramedics attended and took the man, 56, to Liverpool Hospital where he currently remains. The extent of his injuries are unknown.
Officers from Green Valley Local Area Command attended the incident and arrested the man, 48, nearby.
He was taken to Green Valley Police Station and has been charged with recklessly cause grievous bodily harm.
The man was granted bail and will appear at Liverpool Local Court on Thursday October 12.
