When Zoha Siddiqi is not thinking about cricket, she is playing cricket.

The 14-year-old is in her third year playing the sport and participates in a mixed competition with the Prestons Hornets and represents the Bankstown Sports Women’s Cricket Club in the Thunder Girls Cricket League and the Brewer Shield.

Last year the Amity College student was also selected in the Cricket NSW Academy Female Metro Program

Zoha, whose family is from Pakistan, has one long-term goal. “Hitting the winning runs in a World Cup while representing Australia,” the talented all-rounder said.

”I want to become a role model for other girls.”

"My favourite player is Sarah Aley. She is a really talented player who is always willing to chat and give advice."
