NSW Police have arrested two men following an alleged assault and kidnapping of a woman in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers were told a woman had been assaulted at a Bondi Junction shopping centre about 3pm before being forced into a white van.
Shortly before 12.30am on Wednesday, police found the van in Glebe and arrested the male driver, 42 and his male passenger, 28.
A woman, 35, who is believed to be the alleged abductee, was also in the van and was uninjured, is also being questioned by the police.
Police had earlier identified the missing woman as Elizabeth Bell, 35, and released a photograph of her.
Earlier on Tuesday evening, police had said they held "significant concerns" for her "as a result of inquiries". They appealed to the public for help to location Ms Bell following the "possible abduction".
