Ardent Leisure has boosted its Dreamworld offering with a deal to open a Lego certified store at the theme park. This is different to the Lego Discovery Centre being developed at Vicinity's Chadstone shopping centre in Melbourne, which is scheduled to open early next year. The Lego store at Dreamworld will be 350 square metres and will form part of a standalone precinct located at the front of the park. Construction will begin in July with the new store due to open in November. The Lego Group store "will include many different and exciting features, as well as exclusive product releases and events", Ardent chief executive Deborah Thomas said.
