Australian Workers Union traded off $2 million in worker penalty rates and wages for $25,000 per year

A cleaning company paid the Australian Workers Union up to $25,000 per year in a deal that traded off the penalty rates of cleaners to save the company $2 million, the royal commission into trade union corruption has heard.
