NATHAN Hindmarsh would've loved to have played his final game at Parramatta Stadium — a venue he considers his second home.
But Hindy has never been one to dwell on the negatives.
"There's a bit of an empty feeling there that myself and Burty can't go out at Parramatta Stadium the way we would've liked to have gone out, but it's our home game so we're going to treat it like our home game," he said. "Speaking for Burty and myself, we'd like a really massive send-off. It sounds a bit selfish but that's what we're looking for."
Hindy praised the fans: "They have been great. Not just this year — in which they've been amazing — but throughout my career."'
