'Hazardous substance' closes Central Station tunnel, platform

Platforms 24 and 25 at Central Station are now reopen after being evacuated following reports of a train being sprayed by youths. The closure affected access to the Eastern Suburbs and Illawarra line, leading to a difficult journey home for thousands of commuters.
