Bulldogs' visit spreads joy in kids' ward

A BIG thumbs-up to Canterbury Bankstown players Greg Eastwood and David Minute.

The pair spent last week cheering up patients — including Siyanah Al Maaz, 3, from Casula (pictured)— at Liverpool Hospital's paediatrics ward.

They chatted with the children about a range of topics, including rugby league.

The visit continued the Bulldogs' good work in the community, kick-started by halfback Trent Hodkinson, who dedicates his kicking tee in each match to a child suffering an illness.

On the field, the Bulldogs' 22-14 win against the Canberra Raiders at the weekend moves them into fifth position on 20 competition points heading into this week's bye.
