Five members of the Liverpool Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang were arrested on Monday.
Police said the gang was under investigation for a number of criminal activities, including an alleged brawl with members of the Lone Wolf outlaw motorcycle gang.
The arrested members included the club’s president and sergeant at arms.
The 28-year-old president was charged with numerous licensing offences.
The 27-year-old sergeant at arms was charged with fraud totaling $650,000 and over the brawl.
A 22-year-old and 23-year-old member of the Rebels Liverpool chapter were charged over the brawl and will appear at Parramatta Local Court next month.
A 35-year-old member of the Rebels Macarthur chapter was charged with fraud totaling$650,000 and will appear at Campbelltown Local Court in June.
Police said the arrests follow Friday’s raids of a number of properties in south west Sydney.
At one property in Rossmore, officers located a hydroponic cannabis set-up containing almost 50 plants.
The Rebels Warwick Farm clubhouse was also dismantled during the raids.
Four people including a 21-year-old Rebels members from Cecil Hills, were arrested and charged for various offences.
