Bullets fly in streets

LIVERPOOL police are investigating three shootings that took place within a week.

Police said residents of Lehmann Avenue, Liverpool saw a silver Lexus driving slowly in the street at 11pm before shots were fired into an a house on Friday, January 10.

Four people were in the house at the time of shooting. No one was injured.

A bullet hole was found in the front window of the house and another bullet hole was found in a parked car.

The vehicle was last seen driving towards Flowerdale Road.

This incident follows another house shooting at Hillview Parade, Lurnea on Wednesday, January 8. Police believe a dark coloured car was linked to the incident.

A bullet was also found in the backyard of a house at Niland Way, Casula, on Sunday, January 12, at 2pm.
