Libraries roll out fun

LIBRARIES in Liverpool have a range of activities these school holidays.

Liverpool Library will be holding a summer reading club and there's a stack of prizes in store for children who read the most books.

Children who read more than 15 books will have the chance at winning a Kobo Mini e-book reader or copies of Emily Rodda's Deltora Quest signed by illustrator Marc McBride.

The reading club is aimed at children aged two to 16 years old and is a great way to keep kids engaged and motivated about reading over the holidays.

There will also be a range of free workshops this month at the various libraries in Liverpool.

Sessions include balloon twisting and story telling and more.

Bookings are essential, visit tinyurl.com/lem74s4 or phone 9821 9422.
