Dad with baby robbed
Police are searching for two men they say robbed a 30-year-old Holsworthy man who was walking his baby in a pram in Holsworthy at 5pm on Monday. Police said the man was talking on his mobile while walking near Harris Creek Reserve with his 10-month-old daughter. They said he was hit in the back of the neck before having his mobile phone stolen. One of the men was described as of Pacific Islander appearance, of solid build, about 175-180cm tall. He had short black hair, was clean shaven and wore a black singlet with brown shorts and black joggers. The second man was described as of caucasian appearance, of skinny build, with black hair. He wore a light green T-shirt, purple shorts and white joggers. Both men were aged between 18 and 23.
Ice and cannabis bust
A 19-year-old Liverpool man charged with drug offences will face Liverpool Local Court on November 5. Police said they arrested him after searching a unit in Elizabeth Drive. Police allegedly found a small amount of ice and cannabis. They charged the man with supply of prohibited drug and possess prohibited drug.
Boy on life support
A 13-year-old boy is still on life support at Liverpool Hospital after his motorised bike and a Toyota HiAce collided at Heckenberg yesterday week (September 24). Police said this happened at 7.15pm at the intersection of Matthew Avenue and South Liverpool Road.
