LIVERPOOL Golf Club is holding a charity day to raise funding for The Violet Foundation.
Wattle Grove's Colin Greenway is the president of the Violet Foundation.
Greenway has been a prime mover in raising awareness of meningococcal meningitis in the community.
The big day is on Thursday, September 5, starting 6.30am. Tee-off times continue until 1pm.
Costs for visitors is $35, and members, $14 for the 18 holes. Liverpool Women's Golf Club chairwoman Deanna Bruker said they want to raise money for the Violet Foundation.
"We will be holding a barbecue throughout the day for the participants," she said.
