A CANADIAN tourist lost cash and her passport during a bag snatch incident in Liverpool on Friday. The tourist, 63, was eating lunch in a George Street, restaurant about 1.30pm when a thief grabbed her bag from the table before fleeing the premises. A witness told police the man got into an orange car. He was described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his late 20s, wearing a white tee-shirt and grey shorts. His left arm was covered in tattoos.
