Five men have been arrested in dawn raids as more than 100 police investigate a drive-by shooting in Sydney's south-west.
The officers, from the Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad, Tactical Operations Unit and police from the South-Western Metropolitan Region, on Wednesday morning raided a number of properties believed to be linked to a shooting in Old Guildford in July.
The suburbs targeted include Merrylands, Bankstown and Punchbowl.
A police spokeswoman said the raids had now been completed but investigations were continuing.
