Man stabbed in Liverpool: police

A man was stabbed multiple times in Liverpool in the early hours of yesterday morning, police said.

About 2.30am, police were told a man approached another man, from Edensor Park, in the Northumberland Serviceway and stabbed him with a knife in the neck, abdomen and arm.

The 22-year-old man was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition.

The man is described as of Asian appearance, about 165 centimetres tall, about 23-years-old, with long black spikey hair. He was wearing a a black shirt.
