A night of free homegrown rock hits

ALL-AUSSIE tribute band Homegrown will rock out to four decades of hits at Collingwood Hotel this Thursday. They are part of the new free live rock night at the club and will perform songs by the Little River Band, AC/DC and Daddy Cool.

Liverpool PCYC in Miller will host Jam Nation on Friday, June26, from 6.30pm to 9pm. The free all-ages gig gives musicians a chance to jam. House band Damaged Theory will also perform. Details: 96086999.

The Street University on Speed Street, Liverpool, has an open mic night this Friday from 7pm. The topic is freedom from fear in recognition of Refugee Week.
